Manuscript Structure

Every submission should include, in this order:

1. Paper title (Title Case, 16pt, bold)
2. Author name(s) and affiliation(s), with corresponding author's email
3. Abstract — covering purpose of the study, problem statement, methodology, results, and conclusion/policy recommendation
4. 4–6 keywords, comma-separated and italicized
5. Introduction
6. Statement of the problem
7. Research objectives
8. Research hypotheses/questions
9. Theoretical review/framework
10. Empirical review
11. Conceptual framework
12. Research methodology
13. Results and discussion
14. Conclusions
15. Recommendations
16. References

Formatting Requirements

1. Page size: A4, with 1" margins on all sides
2. Font: Times New Roman, 12pt, 1.5 line spacing
3. Layout: single column, including all figures and tables
4. Designate one corresponding author, to whom proofs will be sent
5. Figure titles go below the figure; table titles go above the table
6. References: APA, MLA, or Chicago style — choose one and stay consistent
7. Length: 10–25 pages
